What's Included?
Price includes pre and post tenancy cleaning, bed linen, kitchen towels, hand and bath towels. Towels and bed linen are changed weekly, beach towels are not provided. Towels allocated for the apartment are not to be used for the beach. Smoking is only permitted outside in the apartment garden area.
THERE IS A GUEST BOOK AVAILABLE FOR VISITORS TO READ AND ENTER THEIR COMMENTS ABOUT THE APARTMENT AND HOLIDAY, THIS PROVIDES USEFUL INFORMATION FOR NEW GUESTS AND OURSELVES.
50% of the total rental price is required at the time of booking. Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment by credit card.
Balance of the rental is required 4 weeks prior to the start of the rental period A refundable damage deposit of £50 is payable with the final balance and will be returned after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment on the day of departure.
