Holiday Villa Rental on Spain's Costa Blanca

A warm welcome to our website and to a little corner of Spain that we call Home. Villa Benissa is a small collection of holiday rental properties located close to the villages of Benissa, Teulada and Moraira on Spain's Costa Blanca. Our three rental properties are individually owned and all within walking distance of one another. This makes our villas ideal for individual rental or for groups of family and friends wanting to holiday together and in close proximity.

All about Villa Benissa

Our website includes not just information about our rental villas, their location close to Moraira and their availability, but also provides local information including details of some of the many fine restaurants, beaches close to our holiday villas, golf courses and some of the attractions of the Costa Blanca / Moraira region. We have also included some of our favourite photographs. of the region between Alicante and Valencia on our location map.

And did we mention the Costa Blanca weather? Whilst no-one can guarantee sunshine and clear blue sky, the prevailing weather in Spain and on the Costa Blanca is much finer than that of Northern Europe. For instance the temperature on the Costa Blanca is typically 10C warmer than the UK. A typical day in January or February will have temperatures between 14-20C. So a rental in mid winter can be the ideal golf break, and you could be playing in shorts in January! By the time April gives way to May the temperature is warm enough to use the villa's outdoor pool. June through September brings the finest weather on the Costa Blanca and the highest temperatures which are usually in excess of 30C. After a couple of days rain in early October temperatures return to something a little more comfortable. Whilst Brits can be found in shorts any day of the year, in Nov / Dec the weather is more often than not pleasant with temperatures mild and again ideal for 18 holes of golf.
