Spacious villa, with sea view, located on large corner plot with landscaped gardens and large pool. Villa Buenavista has three double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate six people.
Inside
The large lounge includes widescreen TV, DVD Cinema system and Satellite TV reception (free channels from Astra A inc Sky News, BBC World). Free use of 6MB wireless broadband internet is included. Wi-Fi details provided on arrival.
Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are air-conditioned for summer, heated during winter. Master bedroom has Super-King bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are two twin rooms. Bed 2 can be used as a Super-King.
Two modern bathrooms, recently refitted both with heated towel rails and HansGrohe showers.
Kitchen: Includes all mod-cons: Fridge, Freezer, Electric Cooker, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster...
Semi-enclosed Naya, ideal spot to sit and relax, take in the sea view and shelter from the mid-day sun. From the Naya a spiral stair case leads to the roof-terrace where there are views across the Buenavista valley and out to sea.
Outside
Large gardens surround the Villa. and include: Large swimming pool 10m x 5m, ideal for swimming and cooling off (Note: pool is 1.4 - 2.0m deep and may not be suitable for small children).
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a sun terrace, and outdoor shower.
Adjacent to the sun terrace is a large outdoor kitchen including electric/gas hob, open barbeque and sink. Gardens to the remaining three sides of the villa with chairs should a shady spot be required away from the mid-day sun.
The front garden includes trees, palms and shrubs, pathway leading to locked gate to and from the property. In front of the villa off the quiet cul-de-sac there is parking for two cars.

The location of the property I found to be excellent offering easy access to surrounding golf courses and restaurants. The quality of the property, and cleanliness were first rate. The property has a sea view, large pool for kids to splash the day away with good size barbeque for those warm evenings.
