Spacious villa, with sea view, located on large corner plot with landscaped gardens and large pool. Villa Buenavista has three double bedrooms to comfortably accommodate six people.
Inside
The large lounge includes widescreen TV, DVD Cinema system, Media Player (suitable for playing media from your own USB HDD) and Freesat/Sky TV reception (list available channels on request).
6MB wireless broadband internet is available throughout the villa and terrace. Details provided on arrival.
Bedrooms: All three bedrooms are air-conditioned for summer, heated during winter. Master bedroom has Super-King bed. Bedrooms 2 & 3 are two twin rooms. Bed 2 can be used as a Super-King.
Two modern bathrooms, recently refitted both with heated towel rails and HansGrohe showers.
Kitchen: Includes all mod-cons: Fridge, Freezer, Electric Cooker, Gas Hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Kettle, Toaster...
Semi-enclosed Naya, ideal spot to sit and relax, take in the sea view and shelter from the mid-day sun. From the Naya a spiral stair case leads to the roof-terrace where there are views across the Buenavista valley and out to sea.
Outside
Large gardens surround the Villa. and include: Large swimming pool 10m x 5m, ideal for swimming and cooling off (Note: pool is 1.4 - 2.0m deep and may not be suitable for small children).
Adjacent to the swimming pool is a sun terrace, and outdoor shower.
Next to the sun terrace there is a large outdoor kitchen including electric/gas hob, open barbeque and sink.
Mature landscape gardens surround the villa to all sides. Here you will find chairs located in shaded spots to relax away from the mid-day sun. Secure locked gated entrance from the cul-de-sac location to the front garden. Parking for 2-6 vehicles.

The location of the property I found to be excellent offering easy access to surrounding golf courses and restaurants. The quality of the property, and cleanliness were first rate. The property has a sea view, large pool for kids to splash the day away with good size barbeque for those warm evenings.
